Old School Parking Block Contest

This is what skateboarding is all about!  FUN!  1031 Skateboards and Landshark Wheels had an old fashioned parking block contest late last month at Bull Taco in Oceanside, California.  I remember the days of sessioning parking blocks all day at the local Hardee’s in Bellevue, NE where I grew up, but after awhile, we started getting kicked out for loitering.  It was fun while it lasted.  I remember a friend of mine decided to take home one of those parking blocks as a souvenir, ha!  I think his Mom made him take it back though.  Good times! 🙂
