I don’t know the story behind this photo, but the man was talented with his feet! 🙂 Plus, he had that song and album “Off the Wall”….hmmmm, ya know, the Vans slogan….The King of Pop may have had more ties to skateboarding than I realized! 🙂 That board looks like the first one I ever stepped on as a kid. One of my first memories skateboarding was on one of those skinny plastic boards from the 70s and I was riding on one knee down my sidewalk, I hit a crack and did a nice face plant lip slide….I remember being just a bloody mess running to my mom crying….I was horified seeing my lips all bloody. I’m sure my mom was too, I wonder if she remembers that.
