So, I’ve been watching those infomercials for the P90X workout for a long time now. So much that I have acquired the 12 videos and manuals for free so I could follow the program. I’ve got a lot going on in my life lately that frankly is more important than working out, but at the same time, I realize that being out of shape is hurting me on a daily basis. In relation to skateboarding, I believe I broke my foot so easily because I was 30 lbs heavier than when I started back up again and I think that amount of weight was just too much pressure coming down on my foot at a bad angle. Anyhow, I tried the 1st video for P90x a couple nights ago and man, I am still so sore everywhere. I guess that is what happens when you are out of shape and try a hardcore exercise program like P90X. It’s an hour for each video. I don’t know if I will be able to squeeze this kind of time into my schedule, but I do know I am very interested in trying the next video, we’ll see…
